On Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at approximately 6:30pm, the Eden Police Department responded to Pizza Hut at 730 Linden Drive Eden in reference to a Purse Snatching/Strong armed Robbery.  Officers arrived and found a 75 year old female in the parking lot of the restaurant.  The victim advised that she was walking to her car and heard the horn of a vehicle blow, she stopped briefly, then heard a male voice say let go of the purse.  The male suspect forcibly took the pocket book, knocking the victim to the ground. A witness exiting the business observed a full size white pick-up truck leaving the parking lot headed south on Linden Drive.  The victim was transported to Baptist Hospital for treatment of a leg fracture.  
 
The suspect is described as a male wearing a stocking hat or toboggan possibly driving a full size white pick-up truck. 
 
The Eden Police Department is currently attempting to identify the individual in the photographs.  As a result of the investigation to this point, we believe the white male in the photographs was in the area Pizza Hut when the incident occurred.
