Two Arrested for Breaking & Entering & Larceny

For release January 22, 2014

On January 19, 2014, the Fast Lane Drive Thru Store located at 201 W Stadium Drive was the victim of a breaking and entering and larceny.  On this occasion the clerk and owner reported the larceny US Currency and electronic cigarettes.

On January 21, 2013, the Fast Lane Drive Thru Store reported a second breaking and entering to the business.  On this occasion the owner reported the larceny of cigarettes and alcohol form the business.

On January 22, 2014, at approximately 1:45am, Sergeant Jason Mayes and  officers with A Squad caught two individuals breaking into the Drive thru Store for a third time. 

Officers caught Ryan Christopher Walters (16) and Tyler Keith Webb (17) inside the store and in the possession of cigarettes that were being placed into to back pack to remove from the store.

Ryan Christopher Walters                           16 years old
Clarkway Drive
Eden, North Carolina

Walters was charged with three (3) counts of Felony Breaking and Entering and two (2) counts of Felony Larceny.   Walters was placed into the Rockingham County Jail under a $7500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Wentworth District Court on 02/12/2014.

Tyler Keith Webb                                         17 years old
Billie Harris Street
Eden, North Carolina

Webb was charged with one (1) count of Felony Breaking and Entering and one (1) count of Felony Larceny.   Webb was placed into the Rockingham County Jail under a $5000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Wentworth District Court on 02/12/2014.
